Angela's River Paradise-Lower Cottage-We are back!

If you wish to write, paint, live...come to the fairytale old village of Kato Mixorouma, and stay in a stone-built cottage in a garden flooded with flowers and trees on the bank of the river full of ducks and geese, and let the singing of the birds and the splashing of the river rock you to sleep and calm you. The property contains two small cottages, and this listing is 38 sq m in a 1500 sq m yard, which also has a large bbq. Great Internet Speeds and TV included (beginning September 2024!).

Agapi's Home

Agapi's home, which is about 64 sqm, is located in a private area inside a canyon full of green. It consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room. The outdoor space of 150 sqm contain a barbeque, and an oven. Asteri cottage is an open plan, bijou and beautifully designed one bedroom cottage. Perfect for couples and honeymooners. The boutique style interior opens up to large terraces for dining and relaxation. The ensuite shower room leads out from the calming bedroom to the private plunge pool, which is 2m by 4m in size. The pool can be heated with prior request. The cottage nestles between mature olive trees in an acre of beautiful Cretan countryside and is secluded from the main house.

It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with glass windows, two terraces with nice views, a stone barbeque, and 450 m2 outdoor flat area with lawn and flowers, suitable for activities with children (football, volleyball, rackets, etc.). Public transport (stop) is 80 m away. There are also many games.
