The house on the lake, my personal lifelong dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism, in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake, surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fireplaces, sauna, your own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

"Small but nice" Beautiful location with distant views. Self-catering cottage in a secluded location. Experience special moments in this pleasant family-friendly place. A fully equipped kitchen. With an inviting and cozy atmosphere, you can linger in the garden. Various seating and reclining facilities are available in the garden. A great fire and barbecue area can also be used well. The surroundings and tranquility invite you to relax and unwind.

Vacation home in the countryside at 1100 m above sea level

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! There are shopping facilities in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

it is twelve minutes from the tram station and train ,there are two large shopping malls within five minutes by car and the center of Graz by car ten minutes and to the airport five kilometers. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little football with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility to rent 1 or 2 bicycles.

Oasis with Sauna at 1000m above Sea Level

Guest apartment has living /bedroom, small Kitchen, bathroom/Toilet. We are located at 1000m above sea level and have a wonderful view. Sauna can be used for an extra fee. Fireplace and public pool are always available. Wonderful hiking trails, a small ski area, a cross-country trail,riding stables,as well as a nearby 18-hole golf course complete the offer. Beautiful city of Graz can be reached in 35 mins.

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
