Lake Louisa State Park
Approximately 30 minutes north of Reunion, Lake Louisa State Park offers numerous outdoor activities, including horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boating. You can rent a bicycle at the park to explore the 11 kilometres of paved roads, and if you’re feeling more like delving into the local terrain, there are another 32 kilometres of unpaved trails for hiking and mountain biking. Lake Tohopekaliga
Located in the city of Kissimmee, around 35 minutes from Reunion, Lake Tohopekaliga is known throughout the United States for its trophy bass fishing. Bring your fishing gear and rent a motorboat to spend the morning placidly angling for fish, or explore the 22,700-acre lake in a rental sailboat. Around the lakeshore, you’ll find plenty of hiking trails, covered picnic areas, fishing piers, and playgrounds.
