The cottage is a peaceful and homely cottage that sleeps two guests. The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, two 90x200 square feet beds that can be attached together into one King Size double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. The cottage is on the Golden Circle, about an hour's drive from Reykjavik and about a 40 minute drive from Gullfoss and Geysir. There is a pool a short walk to the City or pool on Laugarvatn, where the Fontana spa is located. The owners of the Kot live on the next property and are available to assist guests.

Kirkjuland is a small farm just 10km north of Reykjavik, on Kjalarnes. Located under the beautiful mountain Esja. Peaceful and cozy.. We can host 2 persons at our facility. Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! Outdoor swimming pools very close by.
