So quiet but very downtown! COZY APARTMENT IN A CLASSIC ICELANDIC HOUSE. The apartment is on the second floor and has a private entry. It consists of a bedroom, living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has been partly renovated, has a lot of natural light from windows on three sides. The neighborhood is lively with shops and café's around. Hallgrímskirkja is just 5 min away and the most important Art Museums and shopping area. The old harbour as well and Harpa.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. One bedroom apartment located in the heart of Reykjavik. Newly furnished with private entrance and a terrace. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family. The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room has a comfy sofa that changes into a sofa bed for two people. Have yourself a coffee and enjoy the view of the harbour from the living room. It's simply the best. There is a café next door and three large supermarkets just a 4 minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and high-end. Furnished with new furniture, located in a family neighbourhood, but very quiet. There is a free private parking space in front of the apartment, which is very convenient.

The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata.
