Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. This is our guests' favourite part of Reykjavik according to independent reviews

Top floor Apartment in a suburb. Elevator. One bedroom has two single beds. Easy to create another bed by sliding it out by the drawers. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed and AndroidTV. Big living room with a Samsung TV, many apps included. Fully equipped Kitchen with a mountain view. Free car parking in front. Beautiful nature all around the neighbourhood, golf, hiking, swimming pool and tours close by. 10 minutes away from downtown Reykjavík and 45 minutes away from the airport.

Welcome to my new and modern apartment, it's located , 10-15 minitues from Reykjavik city center. The House was built in 2022 with 6 apartments, mine is on the ground floor, stair with few steps. it is 74 sqm -The living room, kitchen and dining area is in the same section. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated. You can have a look at the set up of the apartment on the photos. The bedroom is with a 160 cm bed and it has room-darkening shades. Washing machine and dryer at the bathroom.

Heartwarming apartment near the City Center and next to a natural park. With everything you need for an unforgettable stay! Within 3 minute drive you can find supermarket, pharmacy, fast food and more. 13 minute drive to City Center and few minutes walk from a beautiful golf course. Nature is all around you and in front of the apartment we have the largest disc golf course in Iceland, along with Mini Golf and beautful natural lake nearby. This apartment is designed as a serene haven for creative work and used as an art atelier when not rented out. It was chosen for its large windows giving bright light into the living room. The neigbhorhood is nice and safe in a residential area adjacent to the center with good bakery, coffeshop, organic market and thermal swimming pool/spa within 5 min walking distance. Downtown is easily accessible by a short bus ride or a nice 2km stroll along the seaside on foot or e-scooter/bikes.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower.
