Apartment on the edge of the forest 40 sqm

The apartment is located on our property and was completed in 2003 (partially renovated in 2020). It is divided into kitchen, shower room, living room and bedroom. The bungalow has a size of 40 sqm. From the centrally located kitchen you can go directly to the living room and bedroom as well as to the bathroom. In front of the bungalow, in the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a cozy pavilion on a lawn with seating, which invites you to linger, extensive breakfast outdoors and barbecue evenings.

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

In this cozy accommodation for 2 - 4 people you will certainly feel very comfortable. The 55 sqm will be furnished with many individual details. We are still in the process of renovation, photos of the interior will follow. It is possible to have a completely secluded holiday or to seek encounters with the guests of the 3 glamping tents. I offer weekly hikes, herbal workshops and campfire cooking. If you want, you can garden with me barefoot... (it's an experience) ;-D

Our vacation home is located on an approximately 6,100 m² large, fantastic lake property with its own tennis court and its own jetty. On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. We offer a vacation apartment, vacation home for up to 4 people in 16868 Wusterhausen. The vacation home is located on a property built with 2 residential buildings, enclosed with a fence. 100 m to the shopping market, 2.5 km to the Kyritzer lake chain, 22 km to Neuruppin, 20 km to the A 24 highway. Cycling, hiking, fishing, water tourism. Pets are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking property. For more than two people, please ask for price.

Your little vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this one with the number 7/2 in the spring of 2021 and YOU can come. The small vacation home has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace to the south-east side, which is covered. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Hi, I'm Inge. I am standing here incredibly idyllically in the middle of the forest at the picturesque Lake Zermützelsee. I belong to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, an artistically colorful excursion restaurant with really delicious food.
