Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Ski lift by the pond

Exclusive! Ski gondola from Switzerland, 1.80×1.45 just double bed size, on pond in the forest in the middle of nature, prepared for sleeping. (Natura 2000, FFH) Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Suitable for watching waterfowl. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas cooker, cooking pots, dishes. Composting toilet, barbecue. Our house and car park are about 100 m away. You can swim in the lake, and an old surfboard is available for you to use free of charge.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

The accommodation (75 square metres) is completely renovated and furnished with passion and care. It runs through the entire house. On the south side, a shaded terrace and an enchanting garden will captivate you. Your baby is welcome. Unfortunately, I do not accept children aged two years and over. The furniture and decor are always changing.
