The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. All commodities within walking distance (< 1,5 km) including the Ravel cycling network. Swimming in the lake in agreement with the owner.

A functional 3-room apartment with bathroom and small kitchen awaits you. Shared garden, bus stop in front of the house (7 min. to the train station/city center). Alone, as a couple, with friends or family, relax in the secluded garden and enjoy the beautiful view, hike along the vineyard path, swim in the lake and explore the old town of Biel... and let the charm of the old house take effect. The main apartment is occupied by one of the hosts.

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

The apartment 50m2. Newly built Wooden House in 2022. The highlight is the 15 m wooden balcony built into the trees. Modern English wooden kitchen , refrigerator, electric stove , dishwasher, smoothie maker asl well al SMEG coffee machine, Media TV , 1 Bedroom : 180x200 m bed as well a 1 small single bed. a Futonsofa which coverts into a compromise sleeping place 180x200 m can be used as extra sleeping facility in the living room.

In the stables – side by side with chickens and horses

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Spread over 2 floors with a ground floor entrance which leads into a spacious open plan living room, dining and kitchen area. If necessary, 2 more sleeping options can be created in the living room. 10 minutes by car to Europa-Park. Parking right in front of the apartment. All prices are inclusive of: Bed linens, hand and bath towels, Dish towels, Toilet paper Kitchen roll, aluminum foil, baking paper, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent.
