This is the SUPERB location, walkable to everything we could think of reaching to in Karlsruhe, from ZKM on one end to the Schloss on the other, with all the downtown's restaurants and Nature Museum on that way. A local grocery store literally on the same block, all other services within 2 blocks. You can jump on a tramway to get anywhere in the city within a blink of an eye. And yet - silent at night, we slept through even when we didn't need to. A great, I would even say, strategic location. And plenty of space too!

Sehr schönes Haus mit 3 Zimmern und 2 Bädern. Alles war außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt. Bemerkenswert: Alles, inklusive Bad und Terrasse sind barrierefrei.

Große geräumige Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, schönes Badezimmer und eine sehr freundliche Betreuung.

Family of three stay in Trier over Christmas holiday. The Penthouse was exactly as presented in the listing, and feels larger when there. Five minute walk to Porta Nigra and all that central Trier has to offer. Lena was very helpful at check-in and check-out, while Joachim was proactive in messaging beforehand. Fully recommend. Will stay again when in Trier.

We stayed for a month in Sabine's wonderful place, and it was an unforgettable experience. The area is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying tranquility. Sabine is an exceptional host—kind, helpful, and attentive. She welcomed us warmly with soup on our late-night arrival and even assisted us with important paperwork during our stay. Her thoughtfulness truly made us feel at home. The accommodation was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook, and the backyard offers stunning views and a connection to nature that we loved. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with a fantastic host, this is the place! Highly recommend.

Bei Reimund fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Er ist zugewandt, hilfsbereit, großzügig und zuvorkommend. So haben wir viele hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Eine sehr schön geschnittene helle Wohnung mit hellen Möbeln, gute Sitzgelegenheiten in Küche, Wohnzimmer, gutes Bett. Die S-Bahn-Linie angrenzend hat mich nicht gestört, ruhige Strasse. Ich habe mich aufgrund einer ambulanten OP gut regenerieren können und habe mich fast durchgehend in der Wohnung aufgehalten die Tage .

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Gerd, qui est sympathique et discret. L'appartement/maison est agréable et nous avons bien aprécié la terrasse couverte nous permettant de prendre nos repas dehors. La ville d'Herxheim est très plaisante et sportive notamment avec sa piscine et bien située entre la Pfalzerwald et le Rhin. permettant de belle randonnées et balades à vélo.
