A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

It is ideal for families or hikers. A beautiful beech forest begins 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elz Valley Cycle Path are also quickly reached: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.

Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Our barrier-free apartment is located in Urmitz and directly on the Rhine. The apartment in a quiet location is 70 sqm and has a glass facade facing the Rhine in the living room. Both the living room and bedroom have access to the large terrace. Make yourself comfortable here and enjoy the view. The kitchen is new and offers you everything you need. Coffee is available unlimited.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
