This is the SUPERB location, walkable to everything we could think of reaching to in Karlsruhe, from ZKM on one end to the Schloss on the other, with all the downtown's restaurants and Nature Museum on that way. A local grocery store literally on the same block, all other services within 2 blocks. You can jump on a tramway to get anywhere in the city within a blink of an eye. And yet - silent at night, we slept through even when we didn't need to. A great, I would even say, strategic location. And plenty of space too!

Very nice house with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything was extraordinarily clean and maintained. Remarkable: Everything, including bathroom and terrace, are accessible.

Family of three stay in Trier over Christmas holiday. The Penthouse was exactly as presented in the listing, and feels larger when there. Five minute walk to Porta Nigra and all that central Trier has to offer. Lena was very helpful at check-in and check-out, while Joachim was proactive in messaging beforehand. Fully recommend. Will stay again when in Trier.

We stayed for a month in Sabine's wonderful place, and it was an unforgettable experience. The area is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying tranquility. Sabine is an exceptional host—kind, helpful, and attentive. She welcomed us warmly with soup on our late-night arrival and even assisted us with important paperwork during our stay. Her thoughtfulness truly made us feel at home. The accommodation was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook, and the backyard offers stunning views and a connection to nature that we loved. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with a fantastic host, this is the place! Highly recommend.

Reimund makes you feel very well taken care of. He is attentive, helpful, generous and accommodating. So we got a lot of helpful tips. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

I had great days in the cozy apartment. It was also clearly pointed out before final agreement that the apartment is located along the railway, which is fair that it was pointed out but not a problem for me. Isy did a good check-in which is appreciated and was very communicative and honest. Thanks for now.

We had a very pleasant stay at Gerd's, who is friendly and discreet. The apartment/house is pleasant and we appreciated the covered terrace allowing us to have our meals outside. The city of Herxheim is very pleasant and sporty especially with its swimming pool and well located between the Pfalzerwald and the Rhine. allowing for beautiful hikes and bike rides.
