Small chalet in the Baronnies. Enclosed garden.

This lovely little chalet is nestled at an altitude of 720 m in the heart of a forest of oaks, pines and boxwood. Beautiful view. Perfectly equipped for a very pleasant stay. 1 double bedroom, 1 mezzanine with trundle beds, shower, sink and toilet, living room, kitchenette, terrace, swimming pool a few meters away. A 2nd identical chalet can be rented at the same time to come with friends while maintaining privacy and independence. Pets allowed. Total capacity of the site: 4 accommodations: 24

Simplify your life in this peaceful, central space. this quiet bungalow on private grounds will seduce you with its location... 30 min from Fréjus or ste maxime and 45 min from St Tropez or Lac de Ste Croix and 15 min from the A8 Free and secure parking for 1 vehicle. you will be seduced by the place. In August, rentals are for a week from Saturday to Saturday A deposit of 100 euros will be requested upon arrival to cover any cleaning costs and breakages.

Beautiful small villa of 53 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and open kitchen. Enjoy the paradisiacal views of the garden, the 25 square meter private terrace with pergola and shade sail, and the singing of cicadas, birds and sometimes the pond frog! The house is independent from the Mas, without any vis-à-vis. Large parking New and functional layout. Tranquility and serenity guaranteed:) ! Access road not suitable for motorhomes!
