It has a large and pretty terrace with kiosk, a chicken coop and plenty of parking spaces (private road). Located 15 min drive from Annecy and close to the Gorges du Fier and Château de Montrottier. With its three bedrooms as well as its fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room, you will enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountains.

Relax in this quiet country cottage overlooking the Garlaban. It has its own garden, two-seater jacuzzi and parking. 100 meters away: access to 2 tennis courts. I paid special attention to the renovation and decoration to make it a charming and peaceful place. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. We are at the foot of the Sainte Baume mountain range, 25 minutes from Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.

We rent our charming little house, with all the comforts for a holiday in the middle of nature, in the open air and quiet, a real haven of peace. A swimming pool completes the picture. Located on the Claparèdes plateau, it is ideally placed for lovers of hiking and mountain biking. Allow 15 minutes on foot to get to Saignon where you will find a bakery and something to eat, 2 hours to the top of Luberon (Mourre Nègre).
