We are located in the medieval and Renaissance part of the city, a short walk from the "Strada Nuova dei Palazzi", the Old Port, the Aquarium, and the departure point for boat trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre. It is located 20 minutes' walk from the Corniche and beach as well as the old port city center. Your nights will be under the stars and you will be awakened by the bells of the basilica. A 50 m2 terrace to have your breakfast and meals above the city and the sea. Parties and noise are forbidden between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. as well. Thanks for the neighborhood.

The medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; up on the fourth-floor the loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.
