Whether you are a couple or have two children, this new single-storey construction will certainly appeal to you. The outdoor space includes a west-facing terrace with garden furniture, all opening onto the owners' landscaped garden. The swimming pool, heated from May to September, separates the two dwellings.

On the ground floor is the equipped kitchen with dining area and living room as well as a toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and storage. Behind, a large terrace to enjoy the outdoors. A baby crib is available.

It is 48 m2 and is adjoining our main house. Guests can take advantage of the 20 m2 terrace in the sun as well as the adjoining garden
