Our accommodation, which can accommodate up to 8 people, is a spacious house on two floors. Located opposite the Petite Mer de Gâvres, the house is pleasant for gatherings with family or friends. Balcony, garden and beach allow you to enjoy the outdoors and the Breton climate. Rental is only by the week in July and August (from Saturday to Saturday) Concierge housed in an independent part of the house

Fisherman's house

We offer you for rent our charming little typical Breton fisherman's house. Located in Locmiquélic, shops nearby on foot, you can go to Lorient by the Batobus, visit the citadel of Port-Louis and enjoy its beach (3.5 km away).... During the summer period from 04/07/2026 to 29/08/2026, arrivals are only possible on Saturday and the duration of the stay is a minimum of 7 nights.

Gîte de La Petite Mer (La Petite Mer Cottage)

"Cap à l'Ouest" This renovated barn, located in a private and shared courtyard surrounded by Breton farmhouses, has a bright, marine atmosphere with a hint of the sea. Small beach 50 m away. The terrace is located in the courtyard. There is no garden, but there is a lovely area with the beach right next door. We live on site and are available if needed.

Quiet seaside cottage

Bright 2-level house overlooking our landscaped garden. Located in a quiet area, on the edge of fields and close to the beaches (see pictures and captions). The small sea of Gâvres and its coastal trails are 1km from the rental. Landscapes changing with the tides. Shops and restaurants nearby (pizzeria, bakery and organic supermarket 750 m away).
