At the foot of the Cévennes, near Anduze and 30 minutes from Nîmes, 60 km from Montpellier and 70 km from the beaches of the Mediterranean. ​A true love nest in a peaceful place without a view. Ideal for relaxing and taking time for two thanks to its HOT TUB and private garden area. The villa of the Olivier is a single-storey house of 100 m2, with its private garden of 400 m2 not overlooked. Located in the countryside in a very quiet area on the fields. You have 2 beautiful bedrooms, TV. A bathroom, double sink, closet and separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, opens to the bright living room. One big convertible corner sofa. The exterior is not lacking in assets, living room, dining area, barbecue, jacuzzi all year round, all fully enclosed.
