The stunning apartment is located in one of the most sunny parts of Madeira .Villa to Pombal is a two floor building ,that contain two separate apartments. Each apartment have private entrance. It has breathtaking views , allows you to leave all stress behind and enjoy the natural beauty of Madeira. Excellent place to rest with easy access to many tourists attractions. Apartment is located 5 min. drive to sandy Calheta beach. 25 fountain walk begin is about 10min. drive from apartment.

Its privileged location allows access, in a few steps, to beaches, swimming pool, sea promenade, pharmacy, health center, restaurants, supermarkets and direct bus stop to Funchal. This fully equipped space has a large balcony where the sun's rays shine throughout the day and the mild nights invite you to listen to the Atlantic Ocean and smell the sea air.

A nice and new apartment on one of the hills between Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol, very quiet and sunny. All rooms have window and the whole space has plenty of natural light. It has private entrance and parking. 5 minutes from the beach and all services. You have an entrance for the Levada Nova Walk near by the place. Table and chairs are provided for the balcony and also tropical fruits from our garden.

- Superb view over the sea - Queen size bed - 5 minutes by foot to café and bakery, 10min walking down to Câmara de Lobos (historical fisherman village with nice restaurants, supermarkets etc) -15 min by car to Funchal - 10 min by car to Cabo Girão viewpoint - Can advice guests about the weather and choose hikings in the mountains - I am very happy to give all the support and information to the guests.
