Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ribeirão Preto

The space is great to go with family and friends. We made a pizza night, played in the pool and we were very comfortable in the apartment. I took my three-month-old baby: it was possible to put the portable crib between the single beds and the bathhouse in the bathing room. Bed and bath linens of the space are of high quality, all the air conditioning worked and the space is well tidy. The shower has strong water which is great! When you return to Ribeirão, the place is our preference. Thank you for receiving 🤗

I would like to give a tip to describe what is in the apt, such as kitchen and bathroom items. I didn't know it had a sandwich maker and hair dryer. I took my dryer and it wasn't necessary. I missed having an available floor cloth, sink cloth and trash bags and asked to leave the dishes washed, but I had no detergent and I had to go out to buy. The coffee maker did not work, we called and the water leaked all underneath with coffee and we found no cloth to clean. I ended up picking up a dishcloth. The apartment is very comfortable, good bed, good shower, spacious bathroom. We found it easy to check in and check out and the location is good. Recommend! I've only described points that are easy to improve. thank you

Very good place, quiet location near the highway made it very easy to go to the event , very well cared for, clean and the availability of the host was fantastic !! Very polite and cheerful building staff!! We like it very much and we will definitely come back more often

Very nice flat! Great location. Commodity. Sufficient size for couple or individual. Ótima Garagem. Great service. Price of very expensive coffee! I did not use it. Hotel is half the price Michelle met all expectations I missed a shampoo and liquid soap, better. It did not impact. I recommend it, mainly for the date (Agrishow) and it had a fair price.

Our weekend at the farm was excellent. We were in a fairly large group, and yet we had a lot of comfort in our stay. The house is quite large, has excellent common areas and the rooms are quite spacious. The pool was absolutely spotless. Gilmar was extremely attentive in all our doubts, and showed a lot of flexibility regarding check-in and check-out times. If we have the opportunity to meet in Ribeirão again, we will certainly stay with Gilmar once again. I highly recommend!

Vão was very helpful! The house is very cozy and better than the photos, in addition to leaving bed linen and towels with soap (in the hotel style). Not to mention how easy it is to get in and out of the house. Very practical…

We will always be grateful for the stay! We had to stay in Ribeirão due to my father's hospitalization, a very difficult time for the family.. and Mateus was super helpful. The apartment is very cozy and functional, and the neighborhood is very nice. It was very nice to have a pleasant and carefree environment to stay in, so we could focus on caring for my father.

The studio description is compatible with what we found when hosting. Perfect for short-term rentals, the condominium offers several leisure options and the location is very good, easy access to several important places in Ribeirão Preto.

My stay was great, Andrea was super attentive and promptly answered my questions. The building has an entrance and when we arrived, everything was ready to receive us at the checkin. The room is cozy, all equipped and extra clean. I'll come back more often.
