beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Lookout - Charming duplex apartment under the roof

The duplex apartment "Ausguck" for 2-3 people is located on the upper floor directly under the roof of the old captain's house Dade. The slopes and old wooden beams give the open living space on two floors a special charm. Through the windows on the gable and in the roof, the apartment is bright and friendly. In front of the house and in the natural garden, cozy seating areas and benches are ready for you. In the immediate vicinity, the Bodden landscape invites you to linger, walk or cycle.

Large, sunny apartment, quiet and cozy

Our spacious, sunny and cozy apartment is the right, quiet place to relax or a great starting point for wonderful beach days on the Baltic Sea. Shopping/sightseeing tours in Rostock or Stralsund are also available. Karls Erdbeerhof is very close by. Vogelpark Marlow is also just around the corner. The apartment is centrally located in the city, but still quietly in the countryside - a few meters to the harbor. A bike path leads directly around the Bodden or to the Baltic Sea beach.

Hall apartment to the ostrich

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and offers cozy vacation comfort for everyone. It is important to us that all guests feel comfortable with us and are happy to answer questions and make individual arrangements. Saal is the ideal starting point for exploring the Bodden region. Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Charming townhouse with a view of the Bodden

The Boddenbrise vacation home is located in the heart of Ribnitz-Damgarten. With approx. 90 square meters, it can accommodate 4-6 people. We have been delighted to welcome guests since August 2021. On the lower ground floor is the large living room with dining table and unique view of the Bodden, as well as a cozy sofa bed. From the kitchen you come directly into the courtyard of the Boddenbrise. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and a second bathroom.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our quiet and green, between the Baltic Sea beach in Graal-Müritz and the Fischland/Darß peninsula, approx. 47 square meter apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. The available property is about 3,000 square meters and has a large garden, a playground with swings, sandbox and trampoline. To the north, there are fields and to the east, the pastures of the Bernsteinreiter riding stable.

Since summer 2023, in addition to our popular houses Schafstall, Kuhstall, Jagdhaus and Pferdestall (bookable via Airbnb), we have been offering the Lieblingshof. Our newly built, 90 sqm and lovingly furnished houses feature 4 bedrooms for up to 6 people, two shower rooms and a spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and fireplace. The spacious communal garden is fully fenced - ideal for guests with children and dogs.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
