In front of the house and in the natural garden, cozy seating areas and benches are ready for you. In the immediate vicinity, the Bodden landscape invites you to linger, walk or cycle.

The apartment is centrally located in the city, but still quietly in the countryside - a few meters to the harbor. A bike path leads directly around the Bodden or to the Baltic Sea beach.

Here you can find numerous activities for nature and sports lovers such as fishing, hiking, cycling and kitesurfing. The nearest Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. The available property is about 3,000 square meters and has a large garden, a playground with swings, sandbox and trampoline. To the north, there are fields and to the east, the pastures of the Bernsteinreiter riding stable.
