we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! In dem Baumhaus gibt es keine Toilette und keine Dusche (Gartendusche) Eine eigene Toilette können Sie im benachbarten Ferienhaus nutzen. Sie können dort alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen, wie Trampolin, gemütliche Sitzecke, Bibliothek, Tischkicker. Gerne darf auf dem Grundstück gegrillt werden

Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from 22 December 25-5 April 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people, located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
