House holiday rentals in Richmond

Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

It was a real home not the usual stuff you see on the apps. 2 fireplaces , huge outdoors and clean as could be. It was a perfect space inside and outside especially for the holidays. Definitely worth it.

We loved this Victorian home full of character! The beds were comfortable as were the gathering room couches. (Yes a new loveseat not shown in the pictures). The back porch was perfect for relaxing any time of the day and we used the table out there for meals too. We sat in the back yard to stargaze. The kitchen was extremely well stocked!! It is just delightful when a host/hostess takes the “B and B” part of this traditionally - with some breakfast items available! SO nice! 😊 We had some trouble with the shared bathroom not draining but were able to get it resolved. Great communication with our hosts! We loved the location- one block off the main strip of shops and restaurants in Midway! And as stated 15 - 20 mins to at least 3 distilleries, more cute shops in Versailles and to Keenland. Only about 30 mins into Lexington. Just perfect!

Jenni’s house was the perfect place to gather, relax and enjoy our family time in KY. Jenni should write a “How To” book for Airbnb hosts! Jenni started communication prior to our arrival which was not only helpful, but made me comfortable if/when I needed to reach out during our stay. Next, not only is this house perfectly decorated (looks exactly like the photos), but it is perfectly appointed as well! I have been to Airbnb’s that either have nothing or the absolute bare minimum with regard to things like, kitchen accessories…even utensils! NOT this house! We made three big dinners during our stay and we had EVERYTHING we needed to cook a full spread each time-there’s an air fryer, a crock pot, frying pans, cookie sheets, baking dishes, oven mitts (yes, I stayed in a house once that did not have oven mitts…and I didn’t even realize it until I needed to take something OUT of the oven). I could go on and on, and would, but I’m out of space. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Loved our stay at Deb’s. Excellent location and tons of amenities! Huge plus for being pet friendly. Our pup felt right at home!

We stayed at the Holiday House in July so it was hot in Kentucky. The pool/hot tub and shade trees came in handy. We had a group of 8-9 people and the house was well stocked with a chef’s kitchen and every utensil and kitchen appliance. Host also provided coffee which was nice. The surroundings are idyllic and beautiful. You are nestled into the rolling Kentucky hills but you can feel the quiet yet historical nature of the place. Lexington is a quick 20 min drive. We enjoyed grabbing breakfast sandwiches and scones from the Midway Bakery (located inside an old school). Lots of Gluten Free options on the menu. There is convenience store and fast food a few minutes away and Midway/Lexington has a decent variety of restaurants. The host suggested the local winery which was nice and had local music/wine on the weekend. Golf and horses nearby. Our party was a mix of age groups and everyone felt right at home. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for what we needed. It was exactly what we expected after seeing the pictures. Jeff was quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely stay again if we need a place in Lexington.

Amy was a joy to work with. Very polite and always responsive. Her house was very clean and perfect for what we were looking for. Local to shops, parks and restaurants. Fenced in backyard with patio was perfect for being outside with our dog. Having the grill was a plus as well. We were very happy with our stay and with Amy.

The house was perfect for our work team attending a conference nearby. Great value compared to renting a hotel for four people. Lots of space to spread out, private drive for parking, clean and comfortable.

The cottage met all of expectations and more. It was so cozy and conveniently located. We were traveling with an infant and it was wonderful to have so much space compared to a hotel. Tommy was very flexible and responsive. We loved the place and all the plants! Definately will come back when in town.

We loved our stay at the Wellington. It is so convenient to downtown. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house is spacious with ample room for several people to stay. It is located in a safe and quiet area. We will definitely book here again in ever in the Richmond, Kentucky area.

Huge house with great view of the lake. Very open and modern. Kitchen is pretty tiny, though. Especially if you are trying to feed a group. The large refrigerators in the garage are very helpful. And be careful on the tiny roads leading to the house!

I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Angie’s Airbnb. She was extremely accommodating for us and our needs. The house was perfect for us and our three kiddos and the kids had a ball playing the video game table. The house was exactly what we needed while we were in town visiting family. Angie also was very gracious with us when we made a mistake on our number of nights we were staying and was very quick to help fix our mistake and work with us in the evening hours. Absolute wonderful host and a very cozy and perfect house. We will be back next time we visit family.

Absolutely beautiful home! Exactly how the pictures portray. The host was very responsive and proactive. Our stay was a last minute day but I am so glad that I picked this host because she was amazing in her house was amazing. If you were looking for a very home like setting with beautiful decorations, and just all out amazing home this is your pick I promise.

We met here as a halfway point for our very large and growing family to celebrate Christmas over New Year's. The home was very spacious and the 2 kitchens were so convenient for preparing large meals. Our hosts were very responsive for any questions. Highly recommend this home.
