Viel Grund und Wiese und eine nette Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen In einer ruhigen Lage eingebettet von 1600m2 befindet sich das neue Ferienhaus. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist ein Radweg, eine Laufstrecke, ein Fahrradweg, die Berge und vieles vieles mehr. Es gibt in der Nähe ein Stadionbad zum schwimmen und im Winter ist das Skigebiet Koralpe nur 15 min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Es gibt die Möglichkeit ein Klappbett aufzustellen für 1 Kind.

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.200 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.
