Holiday rentals in Rifezza

We had a great stay at Villa Anna. The house is nicely decorated (what a beautiful view from the bedroom and bathroom) with an eye for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Finally, there is a large terrace, ideal for a BBQ or aperitif in the sun. The house is also very suitable for (young) children. I'd recommend to anyone.

Beautifull villa with a beautufull view. comfy rooms and nice annex if you have a toddler that you dont want disturbing the other guests.

We had an overall pleasant visit, but we’d like to offer a small suggestion that could help improve the experience for future guests. It would be very helpful to have some form of translation support available for staff who may not speak English fluently. The cook was clearly doing his best and was kind, but he seemed uncomfortable due to the language barrier and had to rely on other guests to help translate. This created a bit of confusion when it came time to settle the bill. Unfortunately, we waited for about 30 minutes and tried multiple times to get the cook’s attention, but without a shared language, communication was difficult. In the end, we had to leave without resolving the bill, as we were short on time. We completely understand that language challenges can happen, and we appreciate the staff’s efforts — a little support in this area would go a long way.

I have been using Airbnb locations and Claudio was one of the most responsive hosts that I have ever had. The house is just as pictured. If enjoy swimming in the sea, this is the perfect location. Every day, you hear the sea from the house. It was heaven.

I was very happy with the apartment and time spent in Molfetta and around Puglia!! The location of the apartment was great, although I was a little annoyed with the street noise (cars etc) and the loud next door neighbours (other guests I guessed) during nighttime. In the apartment was everything I needed. Only a kettle to make tea would have been great (since evenings were becoming chilly in November and the radiator was still off 😅). I didn't meet Maria in person, but she was available via messages and was very thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot!

Really nicely decorated/ designed and really enjoyed the sea view from all rooms. I was very happy with the many toys for the kids. Washing machine also very much appreciated, very spacious and all new.

It was an excellent time. Linda and Vanni were extremely helpful. The house is beautiful and amazing with extraordinary gazebo. The area is nice, beach is very close. We all are happy to stay there!!’

Location in new town on edge of old town with private parking was what got me to book this property. We walked to all places with farthest walk being 20-30 minutes to other edge of old town. Host was always responsive and local recommendations and help with booking restaurants was so valuable. Bedroom on mezzanine can get warm on a nice day but there is AC. This room also is next to street so street noise can be heard for light sleepers. Second bedroom is cooler and quieter. Really enjoyed our stay in the spacious home.

We spent a weekend in Matera. We are very satisfied with the very nice accommodation, great location near the stone area, very kind and helpful host.
