The environment of Luca's house is absolutely beautiful. We loved the place, the bucolic garden, the sound of the little creek that flows when we are on the terrace. A paradise for us and our kids. The house is rustic but the beds very comfortable and the bedrooms nicely decorated. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the sauna/ jacuzzi area which must be very nice. We will be forced to come back:)

Great apartment for three people (two adults and a guy), clean and well-stocked, great location for accessing the free hot springs of S.Filippo(just above the thermal baths, you go on foot) and an excellent starting point for visiting the Val d 'Orcia. Very kind and available for communication. I highly recommend 👍

Flavia was the best host ever! So helpful and kind. She made sure our stay was everything we hoped for! The location is in the most beautiful area and we did not want to leave! It is like stepping away and stepping into peacefulness! We were able to cook in, go out to her suggestions which did not disappoint ! Rest and explore. So thankful we stayed here! She even went out of her way to make sure we had a blanket for our picnic we wanted to do!
