We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. Ambiente paradisiaco, in uno scenario spettacolare, vicinissimo al centro. Casa piena di tutti i comfort, elegante, perfetta per un totale soggiorno di relax. Antonio sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni tua richiesta, gentile, cordiale ed ospitale. Da ritornare sicuramente!!

Si vous souhaitez séjourner près de la ville et en même temps proche de la nature, le logement de Meinolf est fait pour vous ! Au milieu des oliviers, avec une vue à couper le souffle, cette belle demeure typique est le pied à terre idéal pour visiter la région. Par ailleurs, Meinolf est particulièrement gentil et accueillant, de même que son fils.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.

Tania’s place is impeccable. My mother - who owns a travel agency and has traveled all over the worth staying in hotels and airbnbs - called it 6 out of 5 stars. The house is beautifully renovated with great eye for detail, which is unusual for Italy. The view from the terrace is something else. We didn’t even want to eat out since we didn’t want to miss out on the view. Tania is very kind and responsive. She lives downstairs to the apartment but she was very respectful of our privacy - for example when using her pool. Note she uses an Airtag on the house key to locate your whereabouts, but this didn’t bother us since the aim was to respect our privacy when we where there. We loved every minute of our stay here and would definitely come back.
