The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. Το Malsova Home βρίσκεται στη παραλία της Μάλσοβας 1 χλμ απο το γραφικό χωριό τού Αγίου Νικολάου στη Δυτική Μάνη. Απέχει 5 χλμ από την Στούπα και 10χλμ από τή Καρδαμύλη. Βγαίνετε από το σπίτι με το μαγιό και με 5 βήματα βρίσκεστε στη παραλία. Τό σπίτι έχει μία μεγάλη, στεγασμένη βεράντα με θέα στο κήπο, στη παραλία και στο βάθος φαίνεται το χωριό του Αγ.Νικολάου. Views of the mountains are breathtaking from the small garden. The dacha is surrounded by it’s own olive trees that provide shade when it is needed and sun elsewhere.
