Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic dishes, television, radio, smoke detectors.

There is also an old fashioned tub. By the upper cabin there is a composter latrine. Neighbors are at eyesight but down in the beach you have your own privacy.
