The location offers a unique opportunity to experience the Sicilian lifestyle by melting with locals in the most local of the neighbourhoods. You will find the best choices of Restaurants, bars, and shops in town within five minutes walking distance. Your landlord will welcome you at check in and he will be available on call for any question or need. We try to provide a worm but "discrete" service. We will be more than happy to help you out with crucial informations on the city, local services, and surroundings. The authentic neighborhood of Torre di Ligny plus the historic fishing port and fish market forms the backdrop to this property. The house is located at the western end, where the last isthmus of land divides the Tyrrhenian Sea from the Mediterranean. You can reach every part of the city center on foot. Restaurants, churches, squares, markets, port, and ferries/hydrofoils to the Egadi Islands will be just few minutes away. We can also recommend a useful bike rental-shop located in the city center. The city beach is located along the northern coastline. You will have roughly four kms of sandy beach coast to chose your favorite spot. You can use car, bicycle, or you can just walk to reach it. Terraces with sea view. Private open parking. Unforgettable location, we have put love and care into it. From the parking to reach the chalet we will go down a path on foot for about 30m. Not in front path with access to the sea (rocky coast) only for fit adult guests.

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here.
