You will be a 2-minute walk from the school park, a 5-minute walk from the hospital center, the Premier Tech center and Lafontaine Street (Bars, restaurants, etc.). The apartment is on the second floor which gives you a beautiful view of the river and the city of Rivière-du-Loup. I am the owner-occupant of this Duplex, so easily reachable. The exterior was refurbished in 2021 and the house is now RED. The interior of the home was renovated in 2017. Beach access and BBQ on site. 3 km from downtown Sainte-Flavie, 5 km from Mont-Joli and 30 minutes' drive from Rimouski town. Cleaning is done by a cleaning company.

Sea-level residence

Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). We are on the arts route, lots of art galleries, a few restaurants and bistros and a craft brewery. (no304573)
