Site vraiment spectaculaire. Ce logement se situe au sous-sol.Une grande fenêtre dans la cuisine donne de la luminosité mais pas la vue sur le fleuve. Vous pouvez par contre sortir dans la cour et avoir accès direct à une grande promenade et y faire de longue marche sur le bord de l'eau . Proche de beaucoup d'activités (jardin,musée, randonnée, ski).Nous sommes sur la route des arts, beaucoup de galerie d'arts, quelques resto et bistro et une brasserie artisanale.(no304573)

The apartment is on the second floor which gives you a beautiful view of the river and the city of Rivière-du-Loup. I am the owner-occupant of this Duplex, so easily reachable.
