Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Rincón

Miguel was super quick to respond to messages. There’s parking available just down the street on a public road. The room was nice and came with a little fridge. Basic kitchen was great for making simple breakfast. Shops, bars, restaurants and beach are all within a few minutes walk. Would fully recommend this if you’re looking for something basic and central.

Iris y su esposo nos recibieron personalmente para darnos la bienvenida, siempre estuvo atenta a lo que necesitáramos, el lugar era acogedor, limpio y tenía todo lo necesario, tuvo un detalle precioso con nosotros al guardarnos una canasta con frutas y calabaza de su finca y un vino. Lo disfrutamos mucho y lo recordamos 100%

Sooz was very responsive and helpful. The link she gave for direction to the house was better than Google Maps. The neighbors had dogs but they were fenced in and stayed in their yard. I loved the balcony and they provided a propane tank for the grill that same day. We cooked many meals there and that worked out well.

Would stay again. Flor's place is centrally located to the beaches and an easy drive to surrounding towns. I would recommend guests have a car since most things are not in walking distance. The apartment has a nice rooftop view of the water and is a relaxing spot to hangout.

I can't say enough about how great this place was and how responsive Daniel was. I fly for the airlines so we NON REV which means we are always standby. We showed up at the airport with a goal of going anywhere warm and ended up in Rincon, PR. We texted Daniel as the door was shutting on the plane and he responded immediately. The place was as nice as described if not better. We had a blast. The place was nice and clean, on a beautiful property with a nice beach a few hundred yards away, walkable restaurants and tons to do with a short driving distance. For the money, I cannot imagine finding a better deal. The pool was really nice and super clean. This was perfect for my wife and two teenage boys. If we find ourselves in the area again and the place is available we would not think twice about staying here again.

La pasamos muy bien. La zona muy tranquila. Cuando entramos el alojamiento olía bien y estaba limpio. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. El alojamiento es acogedor. Si eres maniático con las almohadas te recomiendo llevar la tuya. Me volvería a quedar.

We loved our stay here. Manuel was incredible, such a warm and generous person. The property has everything you need (ample towels, beach chairs, coffee maker, soap).The house is very spacious and comfortable, the living room is roomy and furnished comfortably We enjoyed our time in the exterior space as well as in the balcony and hammocks. We will absolutely return. thank you!

Better than advertised and a great location for exploring Rincon. Only steps to great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Friendly neighborhood. I found the place very clean and well-equipped for my needs and enjoied both outdoor sitting areas. The neighborhood is lively during the day and quiet at night. The host is friendly and communicative. Will come again and hope this house is available!

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed at, and I feel like I’ve been to some pretty incredible places. For our family of 7 everything was very enchanting. When we travel we play hard and adventure as long as we have the energy to and it was so nice to have this peaceful property to come back to or wake up to. It didn’t have a fancy hotel feel, it felt like this was a home we live in and we’re so comfortable being there. The back patio is awesome, the property is so nice to play around on and lounge in, the ocean was so close and very private. We liked that we could lock up the property, we felt completely safe the entire time and getting to know Papo was enjoyable. Christopher the host was quick to communicate with. We appreciate the whole experience.

Super anfitriona, la atención que estuvo Yammyli, muy atenta en todo momento me respondía rápido. Fue una sorpresa para mi esposo y quedo encantado, un fin de semana espectacular, gracias por la decoración. Un lugar muy ameno para disfrutar en pareja, tranquilo, todo está segun las fotos, lo recomiendo al 200%.

Very nice nd clean

Spacious second story apartment with ample balcony and outdoor play area. A few minute drive from lovely public beaches and downtown Mayagüez. Safe neighborhood a minute from the main highway. Lovely frogs sing in the evenings. Local roosters roust the neighborhood early. Hostess was very attentive. We were comfortable with fans, but AC is available.

We love this location and the space ! It’s always an enjoyable spot and they have good communication.

Great apartment , clean, spacious , beautiful ,organized , comfy, everything that you need it has it. I will stay again. If you want a nice place to stay this is the apartment stay. Amenities great the roof!!! 100/10!!!!

Bonita decoración. El apartamento está limpio y el espacio es adecuado. Está cerca de la playa y negocios. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar, planchar, lavar y secar la ropa, y suplir necesidades básicas que te ayuda a aprovechar el tiempo al máximo. The place was amazing! We will surely come back again!!!

The apt was very clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb I have seen so far. The location is just wonderful, and very private. The place had all we could need, we particularly liked that the fridge and the microwave are top notch (compared to many places that have appliances from previous decades). I absolutely loved the fridge's ice-maker, because you can hit the beach with a small cooler (10 quaters = 6 to 8 cans) without having to buy ice. Lionel is very responsive and texted back within minutes to answer our questions. Great place, totally worth the price.
