Our 2024/25 extensively and energetically renovated bungalow is located on a 1000 m² sunny clearing in the forest and holiday area of Uelsen, surrounded by birches, pines and oaks. Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning, when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit with a coffee in the conservatory – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly peace in a natural environment.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

In a unique location near the center of Emmen is apartment "De Uil". The luxury apartment is equipped with every comfort, it is spacious and bright. You have a private shed for your bikes. As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. My vacation home is located in the county of Bentheim between canal, meadows and forest on the edge of a small village in the immediate vicinity of the Dutch border. The Lower County is known for well-developed bike paths: Along canals, rivers, moorlands and small villages, our border region can best be discovered by bike.
