On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

There is a private entrance and private courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit. Private parking space and space for bicycles. Absolutely attractive, inviting and child-friendly home, where there is room for both immersion and play. Large garden area. The home is located in a scenic area, with short distances to the most popular attractions, such as Legoland, Lego House and Givskud Zoo. Private terrace area and fire pit. There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and birdlife. There are two large bedrooms that can sleep 3 and 4 people, respectively. Baby alarm and blackout curtains in both rooms. Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of the old Nordby. In the annex, there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

Bus station (400m), Lego House (350m), Bakery (350m), Supermarket (500m), Legoland main entrance (1200m), Lalandia (1600m), WOW Park (3km). One bathroom on the 2nd floor is under renovation. Therefore, only one usable bathroom on the ground floor.
