We spent a month here and had enough time to form a complete impression. Pros: - Great view (6th floor) - Safe neighborhood, with lots of cafés and small shops nearby - Private grill on the balcony - Comfortable bed - Heated floors - Washing machine - Good communications, Janu is a welcoming owner and speaks English well Cons: - It can get a bit noisy in the living room, especially if you open the window, since the apartment is located near a road. However, it is quiet in the bedroom, and the noise does not disturb sleep. - Appartment was a bit dusty when we moved in, my wife had to clean the floor so that we could walk around without shoes Overall, we had a very positive living experience.

The truth is that the apartment was spotless! Super comfortable, nice, clean and with good services. When I detected that there was no adapter for the plugs they fixed it quickly and smoothly. It is a location that I like a lot, on an avenue (safe and easy to get taxis and uber) but high and very quiet floor. Also very close to good restaurants, bars, and movida. It's easy to get around to other parts of the city. I highly recommend!

The house is very comfortable and very nice ! The neighborhood is quiet and about 15 minutes from downtown. Nancy was attentive to any concerns from us .

The apartment was exactly like the description. The host was always very kind, she responded quickly to messages. I would stay again in the same apartment. Highly recommended!

the accommodation is very well located, comfortable for all we were (6) close to very good points of the city and Jorge was very attentive, he is missing some maintenance and cleaning details but in the same way it was very good and I agreed for my family . thanks Jorge for having us

Excellent apartment with everything you need to stay. We went with my 1 year old baby and I had everything to make the stay easier for us. Chacabuco Park is super cute and great for family walks. We had a change of plans in the days and everything we requested from Lucila accessed without any problem. She is a very good and empathetic host. I recommend it 100%

We loved the apartment, all its comforts, close to everything very quiet area to walk and get to know restaurants cafes on the way around. Very friendly host always attentive. We went to other apartments. This was the one we liked the most, very tidy, clean sheets, we felt at home and will be back !!.
