At the entrance, the security guard helps them on their arrival and looks after them in a friendly manner. The entrance has a very large courtyard where you can park. Restaurants, fishmongers and convenience stores are just 15 minutes away, while San Rafael, a town founded by French immigrants, is 30 minutes away.

It is a loft with two rustic rooms, with several stone walls, a comfortable bathroom, a small closet, a table with a chair to watch TV, a table with two chairs to eat or work. It has good lighting and ventilation, a minibar, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and an induction grill (or electric if you prefer) as well as cooking and eating utensils. It is inside the courtyard of an old house with plants and flowers typical of the Xalapa region and you can use the courtyard.
