The house is really beautiful and comfortable and I highlight the BBQ area, because of the rock that gives a special charm to the space. We passed a wonderful fds and will surely return!

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. I went with my boyfriend and our little bulldog. The place is very special, with the balcony facing the sea and a free view. The showers are great and the air works very well. Our puppy loved it and we will come back again. There was no one on the beach, only a few students from USP and another guest. A place of peace and quiet

As an improvement, I point out the need to clarify more in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite steep and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients available, as I ended up not being able to use due to the lack of cleaning and replacement.

The site is exactly as stated in the listing description. All very clean and organized (House, garden and swimming pool). The fact that the house is inside a neighborhood with access control made us feel more comfortable about security. The beach is very close to the house and is very clean and quiet.
