It has a hot tub at an extra cost of $40,000 pesos. Surrounded by native trees, it was built trying to maintain balance with the surroundings. There is an outdoor stove. The town of Río Puelo is 1.5 kilometers away, and the Termas del Sol hot springs are 3 kilometers away

Access to the house door is by 4x4 and depends on the weather conditions. For those who do not have 4x4 climbing, I tell you that I coordinated with the neighbors who manage the Cochamó swing. With a very nice view of the Reloncaví estuary, he lives a totally off-grid experience. The house is powered by solar energy and water from the mountains. The case is in the Cohiue sector of Los Columpios, right in the middle of the trek that takes you to them.
