The house has 3 plants. Two separate floors for the exclusive use of guests and one ground floor (basement) where we usually spend our time. 1.5 km from EZCARAY, with a suitable cycle path. The area is very quiet, with large gardens for the little ones (there is parking space right next to the house). An América barbecue is available. There is a communal swimming pool during the summer period (roughly June–September) and recreational courts. It’s a charming village near VALDEZCARAY (p. ESQUI).

Ideal chalet for families. Composed of four very spacious bedrooms. It has 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The living room is spacious and has a large TV and Wi-Fi. The house comes with everything you need including bedding, toiletries and kitchenware. The common areas are ideal. It also has a picnic area with a fireplace in the lower part of the house with a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Located a few minutes' walk from downtown and the Barrio de Las Bodegas.
