The picturesque nature all around, on which a lot of value is placed and the wonderful view underline the whole thing. “This was a good stay. I felt an instant feeling of security and safety just like when you re at home. The entire place has a positive vibe. It s so quiet and peacefull . I ve never rested better in a vacation. There is no noise from cars or street and the actual view from the terrace is amazing. The area is sourrounded by fig trees and you can see the entire valley and town of Labin and some of the seacoast from that terrace. The appartment its clean, has all the utilities and there s always hot water for shower . Even the tap water is excellent and that s rare these days. Even though it was very hot outside we never suffered from being too hot in this appartment so we never had to use the air conditioning and that s totally unexpected and a very nice surprise actually. The temp inside was balanced all the time . We arrived at 10 in the morning and the check in was done by Neven’s mother , it was done without problems and it was fast. In the fifth day of our stay, cleaning was made and we found eggs and tomatoes in the appartment and at the check out we received a bottle of Chardonay made locally in Istria. Neven communicates very fast and is very supportive in assisting your problems though we only had one single issue with the wi fi because of a storm in the area. That being said, this is a place i would like to return to because it has good balance between price versus quality of accomodation. It s a little bit tricky to get there at first because it s rather on top of a hill basically and the road goes up the hill, but after that you realise that is actually an advantage because the place is isolated from the street noise and pollution and it s perfect if you came to Croatia to get some rest in a peaceful and quiet location, after a difficult year of hard work and stress. This place was a battery recharger for me and i m thinking that next year i should return here.”

“Monica is the best host we have ever had and she made our stay, had a lot of good advices ref. beaches, markets, sightseeing etc. and answered always very fast. The appartement is small, but very cosy, super clean and equipped with everything you need for a breakfast or a simple dish. The flat is located in the ancient part of Labin. There is a minimarket and some good restsurants in walking distance of max. 5 minutes. To the next beautiful beach it's about a 10 minutes drive. There is no problem if you come by car to Labin, because Monica arranged a free parking inside the town. (Only registered cars can enter.) It was a pleasure staying at Monica's appartement, which I can highly recommend and we will probably come back next year.”
