Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.

Milby is a quiet hamlet about half a mile from Boroughbridge. The cottage adjoins the main house but is completely self-contained. There is a private yard and parking area. The cottage is close to Boroughbridge which has pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Ripon, Knaresborough, Harrogate, York, The Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors are all within easy reach.
