THE NEST: romantic flat on the Medieval Walls

The Nest is near to the Tyrrenian coast, where you can sunbathe both by beach resorts and freely (a beach umbrella is here at your disposal) from April to October. Marina, Principina, Castiglione and the gorgeous Natural Park of Maremma can be reached within 10/20 minutes by car or by bus. Our cosy little flat is placed in the city medieval centre and you will enjoy walking around for shopping, cocktails and dinners. We are also near to Siena (50’), Pisa (1.30’), Rome and Florence (1.50').

Cozy apartment just 10 minutes from the Maremma Natural Park, which is accessed from a large veranda and composed of a living room with kitchenette, large double bedroom and bedroom with 2 single beds and large bathroom including washing machine and window. The accommodation is located in the village of Rispescia and close to all services; the Maremma Natural Park with all its itineraries and the beautiful coast that stretches for about 8 km can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

The independent 3-bed accommodation in the historic center of Grosseto. 100 meters away there is ample free parking outside the Medici walls, (access to unauthorized cars is strictly prohibited inside the walls). Near the accommodation there are a minimarket, pharmacy, 800 meters from the train station, bus to the sea and shuttle to the station. Starting point for: sea 14 km, 60 km Saturnia thermal baths, 14 km from the Maremma Natural Park, 50 km Monte Argentario, and Siena 70 km.

The renovated loft is a 5-minute walk from the historic center and 5 minutes from the station. It has a separate entrance on the ground floor. Free parking is available. It has a double loft bed, double sofa bed (crib on request), linen, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and window, independent heating and air conditioning. On the street, there is a bar, take-out pizzeria, coin-operated laundry, hairdresser, rotisserie. Adjacent pharmacy, supermarket.

It has two independent entrances, the main access from the porch shared with the other apartments of the farm and the access to the swimming pool that overlooks the Maremma vineyards.
