The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Relax in this unique and beautiful home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs overlooking Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. We rent for some weekends or when we go on holiday - please write us if you have any questions.

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you will take care of it :) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
