A Lovely spacious 1 bed Apartment with Patio

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. Privately accessed through its own outside door, it has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, with all the expected amenities. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.
