The Snug

Built brand new for 2019, The Snug is a cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet just 50 yards from the cliff tops. It’s a stones throw from Porth beach and the entrance to the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist alike gather with their cameras to capture that perfect sunset. Or borrow our Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Snug itself is set into the rising hillside giving it the cosy and private feel its name suggests. Detached cabin in private grounds

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

Modern Chalet style accomodation with superb views across the nature reserve and reservoir. Individual property, self contained with fabulous private gardens. Modern shower room with large double shower. This property is very light, and roomy. The chalet has a bedroom upstairs with an en suit and a second bedroom down stairs with adult size bunk beds . There is a bathroom downstairs with a shower. The kitchen is newly fitted and well equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
