A luxury Shepherds Hut set in the heart of Devon is easily accessible to Dartmoor and Bude beach. A cosy log burning stove inside, secure garden, your own field which is totally off grid, gives you the space and quiet to relax. Living area -a TV sofa which also doubles as a sofa bed. The Old Smithy is set is a secluded valley on the river Tavy. It is a mile from the nearest road, down a private track through beautiful moorland and woodland. It's an ideal base for walking, cycling wild swimming and getting away from it all, a true nature lovers paradise! We live in a house on the same site so will be on hand for any advice or assistance. We are on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and an hour's drive from numerous beaches. The thriving town of Tavsitock is 7 miles away.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Secret Stable Shepherd's Hut

Nestled on the outreaches of Dartmoor National Park, The Secret Stable Shepherd's Hut is a custom built, rustic hut, in an outstanding rural countryside location. Sleeping 4 people in two double beds and a wood burner to keep you toasty all year round! The Hut has a cosy kitchen with a double gas burning ring and running water, a breakfast bar and a table for dining. We also have an onsite, open air, WOOD FIRED PIZZA RESTAURANT, open on select nights from April to December.
