Located 100 meters from the country house, it is at the right distance for tranquility in the countryside and the shade of trees, visited by birds that sing every morning. The house has a unique design by architect Janer Lagarreta, and has wide stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, as well as on the second floor, where insulation is provided by double walls of solid bricks. There are no electronic devices in the house, no TV or Wi-Fi, the idea is to expand natural coexistence

My humble residence.

You will breathe tranquility, peace, nature. We are 15 minutes from the city center. Two-story house, on the second floor has two bedrooms with incredible mountain views and a full bathroom; on the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, barbecue and another bathroom. We can describe our home as the perfect mix of the countryside and the city. A house that has just been built and is not yet painted. We have beds for 5 people plus we have an inflatable mattress or sofa bed.

Sua família vai estar perto de tudo ao ficar neste lugar bem-localizado e seguro com câmeras situadas pelo condomínio, oferecendo bastante confiança aos hóspedes. Oferecendo dois quartos (um deles possui ar condicionado) e um colchão extra, o sofá que fica localizado na sala e que vira cama também é super confortável (possui ar condicionado na sala também). Contém cozinha completa, roupas de cama, travesseiros, toalhas e uma vaga de garagem. Apartamento localizado no térreo.
