Newly constructed in 2019, take in treetop views from the loft nest overlooking interesting architectural lines and a cleverly designed open kitchen-living space. This entire house with private, dedicated access allows you to come and go easily. We provide luxury linens, a sparkling clean house and all the amenities of home. We're located steps from the popular restaurants and shopping of South Congress! Please note: you must climb a spiral staircase to get to the guest house. The second bed is in a loft accessible with a ladder. You need solid mobility. This guest house was completed in 2019 and is perched above a spiral staircase to get to the main floor. You will also need to climb a loft ladder to utilize the second queen bed in the loft so we do want to make sure you're aware and comfortable doing so. The house has tons of natural light, high end furnishings and 20 foot vaulted ceilings! It was designed and built for guests to have all the amenities like luxurious bedding and fixtures right in the heart of classics like Guero's, The Continental Club, Hopdoddy's, Home Slice and more! The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit Nespresso or Mañana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music during the weekends at multiple spots nearby! You'll have access to the entire guest suite and dedicated porch with outdoor seating. This is a completely separate guest house and so you have fully private and separate entrance. Aside from normal workdays we're often available in person but we are always just a text or message away! Come and go easily with private access to this inviting Travis Heights guesthouse. The lively South Congress commercial area, the Rainey Street Historic District, quiet tree-lined streets great for walking, and the downtown area are all just minutes away. The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit N-espresso or Manana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music at the weekend at multiple spots nearby and lovely local shopping! Uber and Lyft are staples of transportation in Austin as well as scooters and bikes that you can pick up on the sidewalk. We are on an express bus line as well that can take you near and far. You're in the heart of it all and it's easy to get around. We also offer 1 on-site parking space if you choose to rent or drive in your own car. The hotel next door is a popular venue for events that take place often on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This means there could be loud, live music for weddings and events. It ends by 11 pm on the weekends but be aware if you'd be disturbed by it. We love the energy it brings but it's not for everyone.

Location: Nestled under beautiful Live Oak trees, walk 10 min (0.5 miles) to the entrance to the Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk, walk 12 min (0.7 miles) to the best part of South Congress, walk 29 min (1.5 miles) to downtown. Sleeping: Enjoy linen Restoration Hardware sheets on our comfortable Queen sized bed. For a party of three, a self inflating air mattress is provided. Kitchen: Coffee and some local beer await you in the full kitchen. If you feel like staying in to cook, we have a selection of pots and pans for cooking on the stove/oven. Anything else you need, we would be happy to provide as we live in the front house on the property. Space: The Oasis faces the alley on the back of our property, allowing you to come and go at your leisure. We are happy for you to enjoy the backyard, as long as you don't mind occasionally sharing the space with us and/or our standard poodle Obi. If you are not into dogs, we are happy to only let him out in the front yard, just let us know. Also, we primarily hang out in the front yard, so it is likely that you will not have to share the yard. :) We will interact with you as much or as little as you'd like. We have both lived here for quite some time now so would love to give recommendations if you're interested! :) This studio is in the heart of Travis Heights, the most charming, historic, and well-located neighborhood in the city. Experience authentic Austin by winding through large oaks to the bars, restaurants, and shops that line South Congress.

Our studio is a new, bright, clean, and distinctive space in the treetops that is separate from our main house to ensure privacy. We are 4.5 miles away from downtown and 6 miles from airport. We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.
