It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You will love my accommodation for its location, comfort and calmness, with the sound of the sea too!

Ideally located in Charron to visit the Vendée and its beaches and the islands of the Atlantic coast (Île de Ré, Île d'Oléron, Île d'Aix), Fort Boyard, the Palmyre Zoo, the Poitevin marsh, the Green Venice etc...

Charming independent accommodation located on the ground floor of an 18th century house, in the town center, 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne). It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Fully renovated, our cottage can accommodate 4 or 6 people, it includes: 1 living room open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, dining room with billiards, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 140X190 beds and dressing room. A terrace with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing and shed with toilet and shower. A garden with swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to late September), swing, ping-pong table and bowling alley.

Independent studio of 40 m2: This simply decorated studio is located close to the beaches (20 minutes) "La Faute, La Tranche sur mer, Les Sables d'Olonne (40 minutes) and La Rochelle (40 minutes). It is ideally located for visiting points of interest, Puy du Fou (1 hour) O'Gliss, (15 minutes), Green Venice (1 hour) and be able to go home to rest in a quiet environment. You can enjoy sun loungers on a private terrace in a wooded area.

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Breakfasts not included, however tea, coffee, herbal teas available. Pets, parties and charging of electric vehicles not allowed.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
