The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. We welcome you to our 25 m2 Studio located on the 1st floor of our house, with independent entrance. Garden view. Downtown is a 3-minute walk away. Banks of the Seine and bike route 5 minutes' walk. You can park your car on the street, in the small parking lot located right in front of the gate of the house, or on the street. Your bikes/motorcycles can be parked in our secure closed garage. Caudebec is located less than an hour from Rouen, Le Havre, Étretat.
